We use these tools every day. That's why we developed them. We found that the tools available simply didn't do the job to our satisfaction or they created more problems than they solved by damaging the parts we were working on. All of our tools were developed in-house to make our everyday jobs easier and to permit us to achieve the highest standards of workmanship; quality is very important to us.
They are designed for precise fit thus preventing damage to parts. They are tuff enough to be used everyday and are specifically designed to be very long lasting.

All of our tools are manufactured in-house to the highest standards. They are used and endorsed by MX-Tech.

10-5100 — WP PDS Needle tool for 2007 and older KTM PDS shocks — $90.00

WP PDS Needle tool

This tool is used to remove and install the compression needle on the KTM PDS shocks. It is made from 1018 D.O.M. Steel and CNC machined. The tool is driven via a 22mm nut that you can use a torque wrench on when reinstalling the needle. It is self-locating in the body of the shock by the Delrin (non scratching) guide bushings. There are 3 models.

WP 50 box wrench

This is the WP 50 box wrench designed to be used on the KTMs with the WP Dual chamber fork. It is CNC machined to close tolerances out of 6061 aluminum and has a black anodized finish. Don't damage your fork caps, use our tool which fits properly.

This tool can be used in conjunction with 10-5104 to remove the inner bladder on the WP Dual chamber forks.

10-5104 — WP 4-pin inner chamber wrench — $40.00

WP 4-pin inner chamber wrench

This the WP 4-pin inner chamber wrench (both sides shown). It is CNC machined to close tolerances from 6061 aluminum and has a black anodized finish with 4 pins pressed into it. This tool is used to remove the inner chamber on the KTMs with Dual Chamber forks. Don't damage your fork caps, use our tool; it fits properly.

This tool can be used in conjunction with 10-5103 to remove the inner bladder on the WP Dual chamber forks.

This is the Showa 50mm box wrench designed to be used on the Showa twin chamber forks. It is CNC machined to close tolerances out of 6061 aluminum and has a black anodized finish. Don't damage your fork caps, use our tool; it fits properly.

This is the KYB 49mm box wrench designed to be used on the Kayaba (KYB) twin chamber forks. It is CNC machined to close tolerances out of 6061 aluminum and has a black anodized finish. Don't damage your fork caps, use our tool which fits properly.

10-5107 — WP Clevis nut socket — $50.00

WP Clevis nut socket

This is the Clevis nut socket used on most KTM PDS shocks. The clevis nut is the lock nut under the shock bottom-out bumper, and it locks the shock shaft to the clevis. This socket is cnc machined out of steel. On one end it has a 32mm nut CNC machined into it that you can put your wrench onto to turn the tool, on the other end, it is machined to fit the two-sided lock nut that is recessed into the clevis.

10-5108 — WP reservoir socket — $50.00

WP Resevoir socket

This socket is used to remove the reservoir from KTM PDS shocks. It is machined out of steel and uses a half-inch drive ratchet (not supplied) to turn it. This one is much easier to use than the old T-handle type.

Use this socket on the KYB twin chamber forks, It is CNC machined out of steel and you can use a half-inch drive ratchet (not supplied) to turn it.

10-5110 — Damper Rod Stop — $19.00

The Damper Rod Stop Tool allows you to more easily disassemble and assemble Showa Kayaba and WP Twin Chamber forks. When installed, the tool holds back the spring force allowing you to loosen or tighten the bottom nut to remove the damper assembly. It will work on both 12mm and 12.5 mm damper rods. It is made from Delrin and will not scratch the coating on the damper rod like a steel tool will do.

10-5111 — Multi-fork cap wrench — $44.00

Mini-fork cap wrench

This is our Multi-fork cap wrench. It is CNC machined out of 6061 aluminum, anodized black and has the markings laser etched into it. It is designed to fit KYB twin chamber 49mm fork cap, Showa twin chamber 46mm and 50mm fork cap, and the WP twin chamber 50mm fork cap. No more searching for the right fork cap wrench , they are all built into this one tool.

10-5112 — 2010 CRF 250R Inner compression assembly socket — $35.00

This is the socket to fit the inner compression assembly on the 2010 CRF 250 R Showa fork. It is a CNC machined 28 point steel socket that is black zinc coated. It designed to fit properly and is a perfect mate to the inner fork cap. It is driven by a 1/2" drive ratchet.

10-5113 — 35 mm split fork seal driver — $45.00

35 mm split fork seal driver

This is our 35mm split fork seal driver. It is CNC machined out of steel and the two halves are pinned to make seal installation easy. They are used to install fork seals, wipers and bushings in telescopic forks. It works equally well on inverted as well as conventional forks.
Specifically the KTM 65's and the Marzocchi kit forks used on popular pit bikes.

This socket is CNC machined out of steel and black zinc coated. It is designed specifically for the MX-Tech Betty65 KYB fork insert that is used on the RM 65 and KX 65. This is the tool to remove the base valve assembly from the cartridge assembly. It is to be used with a 1/2" drive ratchet (NOT AN IMPACT WRENCH).

1/2" drive fork cap socket

This is a 1/2" drive socket that is designed to take the fork cap off of the WP open chamber forks. It is CNC machined out of steel and uses 4 precision dowel pins to remove the fork cap. We recommend you use it with a ratchet and NOT AN IMPACT WRENCH.
